Many organisations are streamlining their HR support structures and HR Service Delivery Model to deliver greater efficiency. As a result, companies have already launched a Shared Services Center (SSC) or have incorporated an outsourcing model.
Optimising the service delivery model is essential by continuous process improvements and enhancing the governance. We have experience in providing advice and support to clients in their optimisation of their HR Shared Services Model.
